Vive Verde's Eco-Centre
This four story office building is the home of The Romano Law Group. The basis for the design is to create an equitable working environment for everyone in the building. Innovative use of a Biolarium (atrium-like) space provides lots of natural light into the interior spaces and supplies 100% of the fresh air for the building occupants to dramatically reduce the transmission of air-borne illnesses. A raised floor system also delivers the conditioned air from the floor with individual controls for all resulting in satisfied workers increasing their productivity.
This building will be open to the public into the lobby that has a pond that captures between 250-300 gallons of condensate water from > the efficient chiller system.
